The Medley Buffet

The Medley Buffet is a culinary destination offering an expansive range of Asian, Mediterranean, Western, and Filipino dishes. They focus on diversity, providing a buffet-style dining experience that spans various culinary traditions. Operating on an all-you-can-eat concept, Medley Buffet takes a practical approach to culinary indulgence. Live cooking stations provide an interactive experience, with chefs preparing dishes on the spot to ensure freshness and customization. As someone who frequents casinos, especially Okada, this restaurant has become my go-to whenever my budget permits. I make sure to get my first batch of food from the seafood section. Sometimes to make the most of the money I paid for, I ask the chefs to cook plates of lobsters for me and my family. We don’t get to eat it as often since it’s very expensive so we make sure it’s our number 1 on our list whenever we dine here.

Now, Medley Buffet offers private rooms, providing an exclusive backdrop for group gatherings or special occasions. For us who came in groups of more than 10, the staff gave us one of their closed dining areas. At least we don’t get too conscious when pigging out! Furthermore, Medley Buffet recently expanded its space to accommodate more guests. I noticed that they opened and added seats and tables near the Filipino food section. Notably, they also now have a “Cheese Room,” showcasing an array of high-quality cheeses with diverse flavors and textures. It may have a somehow “strong” smell given that there are multiple cheeses in the room but it is a great addition to the buffet. They also have an English-speaking staff that will explain each of them with all smiles. Their rates vary on age and day of dining, typically ranging from Php 850 to Php 3,788 per head.
