Operating from 11 AM to 10 PM daily, Mitsukoshi Mall is ready to welcome shoppers with its unique blend of Japanese culture, luxury brands, and unparalleled shopping opportunities. Mitsukoshi Mall offers an array of enticing experiences across its different floors. At the basement level, known as “Tasty Life,” visitors can delight in Japanese-inspired culinary offerings. Moving up to the ground floor, “Beautiful Life” holds an expansive beauty section that takes center stage. Featuring a modern beauty store by Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd. This store boasts natural and organic cosmetics brands, along with beauty salon services. On the second floor, labeled “Inspired Life,” guests can immerse themselves in Japanese culture through a variety of dining options. Both traditional and new, as well as an assortment of international food choices. The beauty section was filled with a multitude of renowned international brands, offering an extensive range of skincare products. From serums and face masks to luxurious creams and exfoliants, I was spoiled for choice. It was a delight to explore the shelves and discover new and exciting brands. Whether you’re a skincare aficionado or a beginner, Mitsukoshi Mall is a treasure trove for all your beauty needs. While the shopping experience here was undeniably luxurious, I must admit that it came with a higher price tag. The mall catered to a high-end clientele, and the prices reflected that. It’s important to be prepared for the splurge. However, the quality and variety of the products were top-notch, making it worth the investment for those special self-care treats. During my visit, I also made sure to explore the grocery area, hoping to find some unique snacks for my children’s pasalubong.
Mitsukoshi Mall did not disappoint. The grocery section offered a delightful assortment of imported goodies, from delectable chocolates to savory snacks. I couldn’t resist picking up some treats for my little ones. It was a pleasure to bring back these special souvenirs and share a taste of Japan with my family. Visiting Mitsukoshi Mall during the Christmas season was an added bonus. The festive atmosphere heightened the overall experience. As evening fell, I found myself in front of the 3D screen at 5th Avenue, eagerly awaiting the fireworks display. The vibrant bursts of color against the night sky, accompanied by the captivating visuals on the screen, created a magical ambiance. How to get there?
Via MRT
- Board the MRT train heading towards the direction of Guadalupe Station, as this is the nearest station to BGC.
- Alight at Guadalupe Station and proceed to the BGC Bus Terminal located at the ground level.
- Look for the BGC Bus with the signboard that reads “BGC Central Route.” This bus will take you directly to BGC.
- Once you reach BGC, disembark from the bus and make your way to 8th Avenue. You can ask locals for directions or use a navigation app for guidance.
