Samgyupal Korean BBQ – Unlimited Grill

Annyeonghaseyo! I tried the newest Samgyupsal unlimited grill at Samgyupal Korean BBQ.

As a certified Korean drama fanatic, I had just completed watching all of the episodes of “I am Not a Robot” in just one day, and the series was so good that it made me wish I was AJI 3, the main character.

In the series, they always love to eat Korean foods. That’s why I crave Korean delicacies.

Not only me, a lot of Filipinos definitely like Korean dramas. That’s why many Korean restaurants have been established in the country nowadays.

Samgyupal Korean Barbecue

Samgyupsal

Samgyupsal is a traditional Korean barbecue dish that is often eaten for either lunch or dinner. It’s a great way to spend time with loved ones while enjoying barbeque since everyone can help cook their own food at the table.

There are a lot of Samgyupsal restaurants in Makati, and most of them have unlimited meat servings.

Samgyupal Korean BBQ

Samgyupal Korean BBQ is a new restaurant I visited in Makati City. It is located in the Marvin’s Plaza Building on Chino Roces Avenue.

Because of the high volume of daily customers, reservations were difficult to secure. You should call or message them on Facebook a day in advance to reserve a slot if you want to have a hassle-free visit.

They are open from 11 AM to 12 MN.

The Place

The interior of Samgyupal has been designed with a contemporary and minimalist aesthetic that Millennials and Gen Z’s would appreciate.

When you’re here, particularly in the evening, you can feel like you’re at a concert or a nightclub. You are welcome to snap photographs of the wall designs inspired by Korean culture.

Even the interior is clean and fresh-smelling.

Food

For 599 pesos, you may stuff as much meat, cheese, eggs, rice, soup, mat tang, japchae, kimchi, salad, and fish cake as you like. This is great considering that other Samgyupsal restaurants charge over 600 pesos for their meals.

Don’t worry if you believe the 599 pesos charge is still a bit high because they offer occasional discounts.

The meat is thick and deliciously smelling even if it is still raw. You can smell the fresh meat and the sauce it is dipped in.

Their Samgyupsal table gives off an outstanding appearance to me as well. The pot’s design is incredibly useful because it includes a sauce container that carries the egg dip, cheese, and kimchi.

Although rice goes well with various types of meat, we recommend not getting it here so you can fully appreciate the selection of flesh on the table.

Along with unlimited meat, there is also a wide selection of different canned beverages. And, of course, our Korean food trip would not be complete without some SOJU, the perfect drink for a Barkada Bonding.

Ice Cream

After eating so much of their food, you shouldn’t leave without trying some of their Korean ice creams. I was too full to taste the ice cream, and I didn’t want to pay again for something I couldn’t even finish. You may get one for as low as 60 pesos.

Ramen

You can get their K-Ramen for 199 pesos or their Cheese Ramen for 299 pesos if you don’t feel like eating only meat for the entire dinner.

Why Worth a Try?

Aside from their offerings, I couldn’t say enough good things about the service I received here.

The team will try to accommodate your needs and provide you with the care you deserve. They are eager to serve you and will inquire if they can be of any assistance.

I hope they will keep providing the same high level of service and won’t alter in the future.

Take a look at some of the other restaurants near Chino Roces Avenue.
