My Experience
We attended the grand opening of Solaire Resort North on May 25, 2024. However, the entrance experience was less than ideal as it was difficult to find a parking area. We eventually found a spot at Vertis North Mall, but this meant running under the rainy evening to reach the Solaire Building. We also hoped to catch a glimpse of the celebrity guests, but the area where the program was held was strictly accessible only to VVIPs such as businessmen and investors. The entrance process itself was chaotic, with multiple entrances causing confusion. There was a separate line for Ruby Card holders, which could accommodate two people per card, but the overall organization could have been better. Additionally, some areas of the hotel were not yet accessible, and it seemed the grand opening was primarily focused on the casino.
Another problem though is that my colleague who didn’t have a VIP card like I do had to wait 1 hour for their food to be served at the Food Court on the third floor. Despite these hiccups, the building itself was impressive, particularly the mini art galleries on the first floor. Lucky for me with a VIP card, we can have a separate area for dining with much less hassle. We booked a stay for the first week of June and look forward to experiencing more of what the resort has to offer. Soon, people can enjoy Solaire Resort North’s 1,400 sqm health club with gym facilities and a spa. As well as an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, a kids’ waterpark, and an indoor Kids’ Club. Lastly, the resort’s facilities, covering over 1,800 sqm, include three event halls and a grand ballroom, making it ideal for corporate and grand celebrations.
